In the video shared by the BCCI, Ishan was talking about DRS reviews. He jokingly said that Vaibhav received all the credit for the successful reviews he took during the final, even though, as the captain, Ishan felt he deserved some of the credit too.
Vaibhav responded with a witty comeback, saying, “When you went out, I was the one who took them.” His reply left everyone laughing. Ishan then playfully teased Vaibhav, saying, “You took away all the credit that was supposed to come to me as captain.” The fun interaction between the two has now gone viral on social media.
Vaibhav, who has already become a sensation, continues to impress wherever he plays with his trademark batting. His ability to adapt his game according to the format highlights his maturity despite his young age. In the Duleep Trophy final, Vaibhav not only impressed with the bat as vice-captain but also showed his leadership abilities.
